and use the promo code GLISTEN for access.
a. Program start date begins April 1, 2010. Purchase a new HP iPAQ Glisten and trade-in your qualifying smartphone by September 30, 2010 or until terminated. This is a limited time offer. Package and send in all of the below items postmarked by October 15, 2010.

Purchase and activation of a qualifying HP iPAQ Glisten must be completed between April 1, 2010 and September 30,, 2010. The used trade-in smartphone, as well as the other items specified below, must be post-marked no later than October 15, 2010. Limit one (1) rebate request per each new HP purchased. Trade-in smartphones must be active and operational at the time the new HP is purchased and must meet minimum criteria in order to qualify, as outlined on the website www.recyclerebates.com/hp-att . To receive the minimum $100.00 rebate for the smartphone you trade-in, you must purchase and activate a new HP and mail in the trade-in smartphone with valid proof of purchase (copy of UPC and receipt) and the completed trade-in voucher. The new HPiPAQ Glisten purchase must be from any AT&T Wireless authorized retailer. The rebate check will be mailed via regular United States Postal Service within 60 days from receipt of both the trade-in smartphone and required paperwork. The Wireless Source as HP’s authorized agent is solely responsible for determining smartphone trade-in eligibility and for all rebate fulfillment.
